This role is varied and could involve projects across construction, adaptation, development and facilities.
Duties could include:
* Deliver all projects as mentioned above
* Assisting in the implementation of asset development plans
* Prepare and maintain technical specifications and plans
* Maintain stakeholder relationships
* Develop business cases, briefs and reports
* Work with authorities and professional services organisations
* Ensure all legislation is maintained
* Manage budgets and finances of all projects
To be successful for this role, you must have the following skills:
* Extensive project management experience in property, facilities or building/construction
* Experience in budget management and working with reports
* Comfortable with compliance and tender/PQQ's
* Comfortable dealing with teams across property - surveyors, developers, design etc
Facilities, Property or Building/Construction experience is essential and candidates without experience in this field will not be considered.
