Project Manager to Project Portfolio/Quality Assurance for one of world's LEADING ORGANISATIONS and GLOBAL BRANDS
You must have rescued troubled CMMI and Agile projects and nursed them back to life, you will have a strong methodology background and implemented new versions of these in previous companies.
You will have worked on many projects, with exposure to various project types - in house build, package acquisition, enhancements, infrastructure etc., project size and complexity, project duration, SDLC, agile will be Key in this role.
Part of the role will be working with other PMs more senior or junior than you and have a project management coaching or audit discussion
Attention to detail must be excellent as you will have to spot problematic areas in finances, requirements, PM artefacts and also spot the psych unspoken messages in the project team
You will be responsible for:
+ 430 projects in terms of project health
ensure that the necessary changes are made to our PM processes and tools, to ensure streamlined execution but not compromising on quality
do a project ICU function - supporting and advising the PM assigned to the project until the project is progressing well again
do project pre-audits - what do we need to fix before the real auditors come in?
do project health audits or reports to the executives highlighting problem areas, causes and proposing suitable action plans to address these
be responsible to train(classroom) and mentor(one on one sessions) new/junior project managers
