Project Manager Procurement Processes

Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager Procurement Processes in Human Capital for a 8+ month project in Switzerland.

The role is for designing and executing of process improvement projects (cost, time schedule, quality, functionality) in global human capital procurement with focus to pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.

You are responsible for

- Management of process improvement projects according to customer needs
- Management of internal and external stakeholders/peers
- Implementation of state of the art processes in external workforce management
- Ensuring sharing and leverage of best practices (6Sigma, LEAN, IQP) and expertise in the project

Requirements

- Knowledge of the employment market in EU.
- Ability to map processes into ERP-systems (eg Fieldglass, WAND) in the light of Managed Service Provision (MSP/VMS)
- Ability to understand and manage Stakeholder in IT and Business Process & Systems
- Languages: German and English essential, others helpful.
- Project management experience on mid-sized process improvement projects with medium complexity (Responsibility for time schedule, costs, functionality and quality).
- In-depth knowledge in standard Hiring-processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes (ability to design & execute process improvement projects with vague technical solutions and medium complexity, mainly on midsized projects)
- Leadership experience for the management of internal and external stakeholders
- Wide interdisciplinary knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Awareness on the importance of HSE and GxP/QA
