Primarily provide operational support to the program management office and workstream leaders of Enhanced Global Labeling. This role will also directly interface with key stakeholders across multiple functions and businesses.

SKILLS:

- 4-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- BS/MS/MBA in Business or related field
- 4-7 years experience required in advanced Project Operational Development/Planning
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in the following: Leadership, project management, resource management, administrative and technical capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in relating to customers and colleagues both inside and outside the organization
- Experience with project/portfolio management systems (eg Microsoft Project, EPM)
- Technical experience in regulatory or drug development
- Continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) experience
- Experience in budgetary management and fiscal awareness
- Record of achievement and delivery on personal and team goals
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated success in negotiating the environment of a highly Matrix-based organization
- Experience working in a global and multicultural organization
- Experience in project/portfolio management or related experience.
