PROJECT MANAGER - PROCESS AND CHANGE MGMNT, PRINCE 2, DUTCH & FRENCH SPEAKING, TELECOMS - BRUSSELS
Very experienced PM required with substantial project management, Process Management, Change Management, Prince 2 experience, a solid background in the Telecoms industry and strong Dutch and French language skills required to work with a leading European Consultancy company at one of their top Telecoms clients.
Your role will be to:
- Translate the objectives of the new sales support department into an implementation plan with clear deliverables and tasks.
- Manage and follow up the implementation plan and budget.
- Lead workgroups to define processes and tools needed to achieve the objectives.
- Lead/facilitate the process engineering and design activities.
- Define and follow up change- and trainings plan for the employees.
- Lead/coach the different project teams through the different activities to deliver on time and in budget.
- Review the quality of the deliverables.
- Define and follow up risk action plan
- Report and communicate on the progress of the project to the different stakeholders and project board.
