MUST HAVE SKILLS:
PMP Certification is required. Strong communication skills are a must. Looking for at least 7 years of PM experience. Strong Agile experience is a must have. Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems preferred.

Candidate must sit in Foster City.

This candidate will join the Corporate Information Technology Project Management Office (PMO) and will be responsible for successful project delivery while directing a mix of internal and outsourced/vendor, geographically diverse resources comprised of all ranges of technical and business personnel for project delivery. A successful candidate MUST be PMP certified and have significant IT Project Management experience and superb business-facing communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience leading technical teams in the delivery of software development, operational and integration efforts
- Undergraduate degree in technical or business discipline required (equivalent work experience will be considered); advanced degree preferred
- Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems preferred
- Must be PMP-certified (no exceptions)
- Demonstrable experience in managing several concurrent, medium-scale, high profile projects with extensive executive stakeholder participation
- Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
- Ability to establish and sustain effective, professional relationships with IT and business managers
- Ability to manage outsourced development vendors and work effectively with multiple business partners
- Experience in facilitating multi-tiered project governance processes
- Expertise in MS Project 2010 schedule management including understanding the role of robust WBSs
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong understanding of mature business requirements traceability processes
- Strategic thinking and the proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive management
- Strong Agile experience
- Financial experience preferred
