Project Manager / PMO - Financial Industry (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Project Management (planning, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, budgeting etc.)
-Elaboration of the business requirements for the further development of the Your Wealth Universe tool
-Conceptual work and providing presentations and documents for all phases of the project
-Coordination of all business stakeholders and external software provider
-Support conceptual work and providing presentations and documents
-Support in planning, monitoring and tracking of the deliverables, milestones and working packages
-Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
-Support coordination of stakeholders, training and communication, coordination with other projects

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Need to be up and running in no time
-Good communication skills, familiar in communication with management on all levels
-Ability to provide a Management adequate level of presentations, documents
-Experienced project manager in the financial industry / banking
-Good combination of Project Management/PMO and IT
-Well structured and proactive mindset, Team player
-Able and willing to work under pressure
-Fluent German and English, any other language is an advantage
