PROJECT MANAGER (PLANISWARE) - BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH only

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience in management of Planisware projects
- IT Project Manager professional with at least 8 years of experience
- Knowledge in Planisware application (good functional PLW level)
- Ability to manage the Planisware technical team
- Ability to manage interaction with Corporate hosting services and support service
- Experience in complex environments (interfaces implementation)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Manage the upgrade of Planisware (V6 technical upgrade)
- Monitor progress and performance of project (scope, time, budget)
- Create consolidated Status Reports for relevant stakeholders
- Create project specific status reports
- Manage (escalated) project risks & issues
- Manage project dependencies
- Manage project cutover activities
- Manage project resource allocation and planning
- Assess (in terms of budget, planning, resource) and prioritize change requests
- Ensure capturing compliance mandatory information for in each stage of the project
- Manage project communication
