Project Manager - People Analytics - Agile

ASX listed Retail Bank requires a Project Manager for workforce project. Agile experiences working across tight timeframes across geographical boundaries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be Managing the project life cycle from start to finish and being able to engage with varying business units to establish workforce analytics and needs. Working on global workforce related streams whilst dealing with ambiguity and managing/delivering stakeholder needs whilst maintaining the integrity of project scope and timelines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Project management experience, including experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology.
- Domain Knowledge required: MIS/workforce analytics
- Experience in delivering projects with multiple interdependencies, and tight timeframe and budgetary constraints
- Demonstrated prior experience in working across Division, geography, and organisational boundaries to deliver project outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, commitment and contribution to building integrated/cross functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a complex schedule of deliverables.
