Experienced project management with strong relationship management skill. Track record in working with a large number of stakeholders.
Specialist Skills:
Proven track-record of technical project delivery. Cards Experience is also required as is knowledge of PCI.
Assignment Description:
Working for Cards Solution Technical Delivery Manager, build a business case and plan for a data discovery exercise.
Deliverables:
* Establish Program governance (Stakeholders - Steering, Working Group & Status meetings).
* Agree Scope of Data Discovery.
* Research Mechanism for data inventory (automated tools, repository & upkeep, etc).
* Engage Stakeholders and Define plan for Data Discovery.
* Build Business Case.
