Project Manager

Purpose of Project:
Project Manager will be managing & participating in Care Experience Projects. They will be involved in providing direction for all phases of projects including design, prioritization, staffing development, implementation, analysis, and reporting. They will be analysing the Care Experience and developing programs.

Hours of Position: 8:00-5:00 pm

Description:

Working with the inpatient and support services leaders/directors/managers.
Responsible for directing/participating in multiple/complex project from intake to completion including intake, prioritization, creation of timelines, staffing, communication, study methodology, analysis and report generation.

LEADS AND MANAGES MULTIPLE, LARGE SCOPE AND COMPLEX PROJECTS, THAT MAY INCLUDE IMPROVED PATIENT CARE/MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

Performance Improvement and Care Experience with Leadership Teams to improve performance issues related to systems and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
BS degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Operations Research, Public Health Administration or related field. RN preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management and a Senior Project Management role.

Operational Project background preferred versus IT background Project Management. Non IT Candidates preferred. Candidates must also have very strong presentational background with Powerpoint & Excel
Experience with Team Charters & Meeting Minutes
Project Design/Healthcare Preferred-leading the delivery of highly complex projects
Project Implementation/Healthcare Preferred-utilizing and effectively communicating technical components
Project Analysis/Healthcare Preferred-Ability to maintain a tactical focus
Project Reporting/Healthcare Preferred working with a Dashboard
Microsoft Word-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, very strong presentational background with Powerpoint & Excel (Please have work samples available if selected for an in person interview.)

MS Project a plus
Critical Thinking Ability and Abillity to Meet Deadlines
Strong Reporting Analysis and Forecasting-Ability to set clear objectives and defined deliverables
Experience Dealing with Senior Leadership
Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written-strong presentational skills and ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential.
Demonstrated ability to determine the key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives.

DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO LEAD PROFESSIONALS THROUGH INFLUENCE AND COLLABORATION. DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO CONDUCT AND INTERPRET QUANTITATIVE/QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS.

PROVEN LEADERSHIP SKILLS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING.

MUST EXHIBIT EFFICIENCY, COLLABORATION, CANDOR, OPENNESS AND RESULTS ORIENTATION. DEMONSTRATED PROFICENCY WITH DATABASES AND STATISTICAL SOFTWARE.
