Project Manager Packaging & Device wanted for our client based in the region of Basel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Material-, Pharma-, and/or Mechanical-Engineering Degree
- Several years of working experience in launching med-devices & packaging projects within Medtech and/or Pharma industry
- Capabilities in Leading Projects & Teams/Groups on a global scale
- Experiences in early device development
- Solid experience in launching and transferring device and packaging projects
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Responsibility for launching and transferring device and packaging projects
- Managing technical launch and transfer activities (process, technology, capacity, resources) for device & secondary packaging products/processes at involved manufacturing sites
- Supporting Launch Site Decisions by providing analysis of technology, capacity and skills by performing interfunctional evaluations
- Defining and monitoring project scope and timing along with assuring that all activities and processes are following given standards (GMP, HSE, Regulatory)
- Implementing due diligence initiatives and deal negotiations for selected in-license and out-license projects
- Forms and leads the launch Team for device & packaging processes
- Forms and leads the Device operations and device Project Leader, as well the manufacturing site functions around the world
- Responsible after stage 5 for the designing transfer of a device to the commercial sites
