Project Manager Optimization European Field Operations

For one of our mobile Telecom clients we are looking for a Project Manager who can optimize the network field service and planning operations from call center intake and issue handling to truck roll-outs related to business and residential users in all European countries.

This concerns process and efficiency optimization for call center intakes and handling, issue tracking and monitoring, HFC/Network (engineering)/Nodes improvements, etc.

JOB DEMANDS

The ideal candidate has the following profile:

Bachelor/University degree
-

10 + years practical experience in the telecom industry
-

Expertise in Network/HFC/NOC/Nodes/field maintenance/network performance management
-

Proven experience with process and procedure optimization in field operations
-

Experience of working across international organisations with an ability to develop forward plans and continuously achieve high performance and deliver optimal service
-

Experience of influencing at all levels within a service organisation PLUS knows how to involve and get commitment from stakeholders in different European countries
-

Excellent analytical skills and strong report writing skills
-

Strong experience in budgeting and management of costs and benefits
-

Excellent interpersonal communications skills
-

Excellent written and spoken English skills
