T4S are once again supporting a prestigious client in Belgium for a Deputy Project manager on a long term mission to be based in Bergen/Mons.
Main responsibilities are as follows:
You will ensure the required coordination between the customer and the onsite team while addressing the different phases of the Project Management Plan and this with a deep & applied knowledge of PM Methodology, PRIMER, based on best industry practice and: Prince 2, PMI and ITIL.
Together with a good understanding of business requirements and a focus on the smooth transition between the different steps as there are: Design, Deployment, setup of the POC, Dry Run testing, Deployment, acceptance testing, handover to operations the project manager will ensure timely delivery of the exit criteria of each phase. These will consist of clear, upfront agreed deliverable's as described in the different Project Management knowledge areas as a part Project Management Plan: Scope Management Plan, Time management Plan, Cost Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Communication Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Procurement Management Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan, Integration Management Plan and Human Resource Management Plan.
The deputy Project Manager will be focusing in his/her role on the execution of these sub plans. During the entire project duration you will drive and control the different deployment waves according schedule.
You will ensure together with the quality manager that everything is upfront and agreed quality standards by using the required templates and respecting the process flows in regards to documentation and formalization.
In perfect synchronization with the Main Project Manager the deputy Project Manager will be in a position to act as a backup of the Main Project Manager.
This is an URGENT role and our client will interview as soon as Monday 7th Aug.
