Project Manager- MS Project Expert - Global Experience Job

PROJECT MANAGER - MS PROJECT EXPERIENCE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's Client located in St. Louis, Missouri

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- MS Office including Visio, MS PROJECT, SharePoint
- ITIL certification a plus
- PMI/PMP certification preferred

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Coordinate execution of individual projects with a program
- Manage centralized Master Program Plan, closely coordinating with multiple global Project Managers
- Centralized Equipment Ordering and Tracking
- Centralized Financial Tracking to include

o Labor/Resource allocation in hours and dollars

o Hardware/Software Capital & Expense

o Balance project capital & expense budgets

o Purchase Orders/Commitments

- Scope Change Control Management
- Adhere to Program Quality Management Plan and deliver Program Artifacts
- Manage issues escalation and risk mitigation strategies
- Communication planning and execution
- Manage project artifacts to include: timelines, resource plans
- Produce weekly status reports and metrics
- Travel is seldom required

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE.

- Proven project management skills with 7+ years experience working as a Project Manager
- Strong Microsoft Project skills an absolute requirement
- Experience in multiple infrastructure domains (networks, Telephony, Servers, storage, Middleware, security, messaging, data bases, applications, etc.)
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem solving and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Sensitivity to the multi-cultural characteristics of the global IT organization
