This role will be responsible for supporting a telephony department to implement changes in line with new mortgage regulations.
As part of this role the selected candidate will:
* Undertake detailed risk assessments
* Design sales scripts
* Provide input into training material
* Develop a robust monitoring and verification process.
The selected candidate will have the following skills/experience:
* Proven Project Management success
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Knowledge and understanding of regulatory risk and risk management frameworks
* Financial services experience, ideally with Mortgage experience
* Ideally telephony experience
