Project Manager - Market Risk/Credit Risk

Project Manager with profound knowledge in Market Risk and Credit Risk wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5+ years background within Market Risk & Credit Risk with solid understanding of Market Risk and Market Risk applications
- 5+ years of practical knowledge in project management ideally with solid banking and financial services understanding
- Ability to plan, monitor, and control project activities as well as the capability to control the overall risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies for the work stream
- Familiarity in monitoring, measuring and reporting on overall milestone progress
- Basic intelligence on financial derivatives and banking products
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Managing the overall Market risk work stream for the CRO function interfacing into the central program where required
- Supervising and controlling the end to end delivery of milestones and progress tracking
- Attending business meetings, developing project plans, ensuring strategic reporting
- Distributing the scope of work and coordinating activity across business and IT work streams
- Escalating critical issues and ensuring that resource plans are adhered to in order that deliverables are met to plan
