Project Manager - Manufacturing/Product Launch

JOB TYPE: Temporary Contract Full time on site
What you'll do:
Accountable for core team performance, program schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend
Leads team in defining program strategies, developing goals, and orchestrating team appraisal process
Provides clear direction on product life cycle management requirements to meet expectations of external customers and business stakeholders Interacts through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies
Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes
Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in organization's ability to execute programs from identification through implementation
Profile:
Role model of Vital Behaviors and Leadership Essentials
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements
Expertise in all aspects of project/program management, Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop others
Experience working in production environments and product launches within a scientific environment is an absolute must.
As the product launch is in the US, Experience in dealing with the FDA is a very strong plus
English & French fluent is required

At least 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management
Experience working in production environments and product launches within a scientific environment is an absolute must. We expect the candidate to be highly familiar with manufacturing, FOC and SC/Logistics
English & French Fluent
Nice to have:
As the product launch is in the US, Experience in dealing with the FDA is a very strong plus
