IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage capacity of KYC Upgrade Specialist organization (incl. hiring, onboarding and off-boarding support, work locations etc.)
-Perform staff planning, resource allocation and detailed work planning Co-ordinate trainings
-Provide support to Management for special tasks such as Audit, Reporting, co-ordination, special reviews of KYCs etc.
-Follow-up of cases with Front
-Support knowledge management and interaction with other ATLAS Programme and Compliance teams
-Ensure Quality Assurance for KYC Upgrade Project / upgraded KYC files
-Support training activities for KYC Upgrade Team and Front (together with dedicated Trainer)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Multiyear experience within the banking industry in any of Money Laundering prevention, Financial Crime or

other relevant regulations at Swiss and European Banks (International experience is required) -Experience in KYC related projects
-Broad experience in project management in financial service industry, preferably private banking
-Broad experience and strong skills in process analysis and process design
-Professional skills in MS Office and other documentation/planning tools, and banking tools (Host,
-CRM etc.)
-Professional experience in reporting, follow-up and co-ordination of Management tasks
-High level of self-confidence to present in front of top
