IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to develop project charter and project plans
-Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfil objectives and satisfy project requirements and strategy
-Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy
-Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables
-Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget
-Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and workshops, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in life sciences or engineering
-Profound project management experience in biotechnology, medical devices and/or pharmaceutical operation groups; furthermore proficient knowledge of disciplined project management process
-Familiarity with drug and/or medical device development process through FDA approval
-Strong written/oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills; high proficiency in the use of MS Office
-Fluent in German and English
