Project Manager - M&E - CONTRACT

Location: North East

Duration: 6-9months +

Start date: Mid September

My exclusive industry leading client require the services of an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a high profile project they have coming up with a client in the North East.

The Project Manager will join the team at the design stage and work through to set up Procurement etc, through to full site project delivery and hand over.

We are ideally looking for an experienced Project Manager who has excellent, proven client facing skills/experience, very good communication skills - both verbally and IT, and also have experience of running/leading projects up to a £3 million budget. You must also be familiar with Site based delivery work.

The ideal Project Manager will be Mechanically bias with an understanding of Chiller plants/replacements, ductwork, HVSE, boilers, BMS, Civils, district heating, Piping and Welding experience would be beneficial although this is not absolutely essential. If you have a solid M&E background with the right blend of technical and personality traits then this will be considered.
