LTE Project Manager - Radio Network Rollout
Darwin Recruitment are urgently searching for an LTE Rollout Project Manager for a leading mobile operator in Sweden.
The role will be to:
- Execute Project Management process to ensure delivery, including project control, risk management, change management, issue resolution, progress reporting, reviews and project documentation of an LTE rollout.
- Resolve major project issuesescalate to program manager when necessary.
- Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues as necessary.
- Produce/maintain a single master Project Plan that identifies key activities, milestones, resource usage, costs etc.
- Liaise with business and/or supplier stakeholders to ensure project teams members are in place in order to facilitate testing signoff by users, and transitioning into ongoing service; project value realization, celebration and closure.
- Direct and motivate the project team - ensure all team members understand their roles; ensure project objectives and requirements are understood and met.
- Manage project training, and ensure user training needs are in place.
Required skills:
- Highly organized, excellent planning skills with strong Project Management background.
- Experience Project Managing a large LTE Rollout
- Construction/Civil Works background
- Swedish speaking would be an advantage but we can consider English speaking candidates.
