ABOUT THE ROLE

A Senior PM is required to be part of the team delivering a range of IT solutions to our customers.

Working within the Project Services Team, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate skill, experience and competence in the following areas:

Project Management.

Systems implementation management.

Business and systems analysis and design.

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems eg Red Prarie etc.

In addition, the candidate needs to display very strong management competence and show high potential.

Key responsibilities will include:

Taking a leading role in the definition, documentation and successful completion of IT projects ranging in size and complexity.

Working with our supply chain operations, software partners and IT teams to capture and analyse requirements to design and deliver effective IT solutions.

Assisting in the implementation of supply chain systems into new and existing businesses from initial design and documentation through to successful installation, training and review.

Working closely with Senior IT and Operational Management to manage a strategic programme of work for their particular business division.

ABOUT YOU

Suitable candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience:

At least three years' experience of IT Business/Systems Analysis.

Experience of delivering successful solutions for supply chain operations, particularly warehouse management.

Proven ability in leading significant and challenging projects in the successful delivery of IT-enabled business process solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate efficiently at all stakeholder levels.

Drive and enthusiasm for identifying and delivering effective solutions.

Experience and understanding to work well with and gain the trust of our clients' operations.

Ambition and potential to move into strategic programme management roles in the future.
