Project Manager - Lending
Start: ASAP

Within Personal lending a strategic initiative has been launched to review the operating model for personal lending (consumer loans and mortgages).
The new distributional model has been defined recently; objective is now to design the operating model matching the needs set by the distribution model.
Expected deliverables are the Operating model (in terms of process, organization & IT capabilities) and the Roadmap for transformation
Responsibilities:
- E2E responsible for the project TOM Personal Lending
- Manage the project within scope, time and budget
- Coordinate the change and run resource working on the project
- Weekly reporting to the Program Manager and monthly project Steering (tbd if consolidated in L&I Change Committee or Program Board)
- Manage risk & issues, and escalate to Program Manager
- Follow up on project dependencies
Background:
- Has expert knowledge of project management (project governance & project team management, project planning): Prince 2 methodology
- Experience in transformation projects: organisational changes and process redesign
- Experienced in facilitating workshops/discussions
- Be able to guide, train and coach the business partner organization in project management
- Understanding of personal lending business and banking distribution models is an advantage
- Clarity is used as the reporting tool.
- Business knowledge within Personal Lending, consumer Loans, mortgages & Direct Banking.
