My client a large multinational software company has an immediate contract for a PROJECT MANAGER/LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER to join their Operations Acamdemy. The Operations Academy Re-Imagined is the redesign of Program Handbooks and amalgamation with Training content to produce a holistic, connected learning curriculum enabling customers to navigate to the content they need at their time of need. The successful applicant will be accountable for redesign of existing curricula:
SALARY: €35K (NEGOTIABLE)/6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of existing learning ecosystem and assets articulating current state - Development of a course design template
- Redesign of the learning curriculum amalgamating training content and handbooks
- Development of modular, bite-sized, multimedia learning assets
- Dissemination of disparate, isolated content into holistic, connected learning paths
- Future-proof curricula for easy maintenance and updates
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identification and engagement of key stakeholders at a project level (PMO),
Project Management:
- Timeline and Status Management, Issues/Risk Management, Scope/Change requests & Project release Go
Instructional Design/Delivery:
- Activities & Deliverables Includ, Training Needs Analysis/Gap Analysis, Project Scope,
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 6 years business experience
- Experience in Business Consulting (PM) or Continuous Improvement methodologies (eg Six Sigma, LEAN) will be a distinct advantage
- Recognized Training Qualification/and (or) PM
- Experience in high-volume curriculum design, copy-writing, multi-media training content development
- Demonstrated experience in development of on-demand, user-driven training content
- Extensive Working Experience in the Development of User-friendly Training Material, including technical, and programs/process-related training materials
- Extensive Training Delivery experience in Systems
