Project Manager - Learning and Development - Training - L&D - Contract

PROJECT MANAGER - LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT - TRAINING - L&D - CONTRACT

Project Manager required to work for a multinational organisation on a contract basis. As a project manager - Learning and Development/workforce lead you will deliver a high profile global in house project.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand the professional services model and manage the workforce gap analysis
- Identify internal resources currently delivering to clients
- Identify the gaps between the current client delivery and the proposition delivery
- Understand the skill-set and workforce requirements for the new business delivery model
- Define requirements for both quality and capacity for the new business delivery model
- Define Learning and Development needs and direct the project from that perspective
- Drive the recruitment plans for the delivery and engagement team, and any other roles identified for the initiative

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- EXPERIENCE OF SUCCESSFULLY MANAGING EITHER HR, SALES AND DELIVERY PROJECTS
- Experience working in the area of Learning and Development or have used L&D as part of a project or similar
- Leadership in the design and deployment of workforce modelling
- Experience in project and progress reporting
- Delivery of projects using project/programme management tools and methods ie Prince 2
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of stakeholder management
- Strong controlling execution
- Experience with change management and implementation
- Confidently interacting from Director and Partner level to Managers
