Senior Project Manager - Lean Change transformation

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Lean Change transformation Project Manager to join a leading investment bank based inLondon. The role of the Senior Project Manager / consultant is to manage the implementation of a lean transformation program; designing and executing organisational and operational improvements on specific projects. The experienced Project Manager and Consultant will demonstrate full project lifecycle coordination and execution of all aspects of the project including; reporting, stakeholder management, change management, resolving issues, and ensuring high quality of deliverables.

You will have the responsibility of coaching middle management of the bank on areas of expertise during the diagnosis and design phases, and coaching on management skills during implementation. Experience is required within an IT Project Management role or background, although Investment banking experience is not essential but would be preferred.

This is an excellent experience to join a structured supportive environment, with opportunities to improve and grow within the role. This is a permanent role with £65K-100K salary band based on experience.
