Project Manager/Lead - Infrastructure Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

This role is to execute the responsibilities of a Project Lead at a key client of Client. This will also expand to include execution, delivery and practice building opportunities within the European region for multiple other clients. This is a senior position at Senior Manager level (10 - 12 years of experience. The individual will strive to become a trusted security advisor of our key clients.

The role requires three main pillars:

- Project delivery: in this activity, the individual is responsible for successful and qualitative delivery of customer projects, and ensures both Customer and Client objectives are reached. In so doing, the individual helps detect and grow the ERSS footprint within existing accounts.
- Advisory: Become a trusted advisor to our key clients, thus enabling them to strengthen the security within their organizations, and providing new opportunities for Client to expand its business footprint within the client
- Practice Growth: Participate in practice development initiatives, to analyze industry and threat trends, and participate in the build-up of new solutions and services within Client to meet the market demands.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Have strong experience in Information Security for at least 10 - 12 years, CISSP preferred
- Strong communicator with the ability to interface with IT Management & CxOs
- Have a good understanding of infrastructure technologies and overall IT
- Assist in providing direction and high level troubleshooting on technology areas where project team members face issues
- Technology Skills: Firewalls, PKI Certificate Management, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint Security, DLP, SIEM, Vulnerability Mgmt, APT Detection, Cloud Security
- Engage client on security roadmap
- Inform client on the impact of security on the changing business and IT models.. ex: E-commerce, cloud, etc
- Good Project Management Skills, including liaising with other third parties and vendors who are part of the project
- Manage the budget for the Projects that you lead
- Interface with customer internal teams, and involve them as project resources to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide client with the right insights on current threat trends, security technology trends, and provide a futuristic roadmap

QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

- Fluent English and Dutch is a must have
- European passport
- Delivery experience managed at least 3-5 projects with large teams
- Comfortable with advanced concepts in Security space (eg SIEM, SOC, Cloud Security, ISO27001 etc)
