SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (KRONOS)

One of our urgent retail clients based in Switzerland, with some travel to Helsingborg (Skane), Sweden for a implementation project of global view for the HR payroll and Kronos.

OVERALL PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Switzerland Global HR Solutions (GHRS) The scope includes the implementation of Global view for the management of HR/Payroll data and Kronos for Timekeeping and Staff Planning. Dedicated resources are assigned from the country and the global organisations, Business Solutions Group Functions (BSGF) and Group HR.

NOTE:

- Global View - (Product of ADP based on a standard SAP HR system
- ADP- Vendor of the HR mgmt system chosen by IKEA

GENERAL PM SKILL:

- Senior PM with possibility to travel to Switzerland.
- People and communication skills
- Planning and management skills
- Good in stakeholder mgmt as there are many teams involved to co-ordinate
- Good in handling issues being a cost conscious in an efficient way
- Good understanding of how an IKEA store operates (preferable)
- Experience of leading projects within IKEA (preferable)
- Experience with Project Management Methods and tools, specifically PPS
- methodology
- Experience as a facilitator of inter-disciplinary workshops and meetings
- Ability to describe complex scenarios in a structured way
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
