PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Walnut Creek, California.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide support to the end users, by understanding the business capabilities, supporting process and technologies that support their job function Collaboration among assigned points of contacts in Marketing, IT, call center and other groups
- Manage and own several small to medium work efforts and projects to support Marketing initiatives
- Provide business analysis and develop requirements based on business needs and wants
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Managers and Analytics Group to provide SME support
- Assist in testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality
- Identify and document opportunities to improve processes/policies
- Understand the use of marketing applications and tools such as marketing datamarts, CRM and Campaign Management applications
- Collaborate with internal IT resources to ensure IT deliverables are completed correct and within the timeframe
- Oversee the successful delivery of various marketing and sales data feeds from internal and external sources
- Backup support for auditing marketing and sales data feeds for timing, quality and quantity
- Provide hands-on support for reporting and dashboards, including gathering new requirements and functionality

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited higher-education institution
- Five or more years managing small to medium projects
- Ability to develop and maintain documentation regarding requirements, schedules, scope, analysis, project reports and status
- Experience in a Marketing/Sales organization is important.
- Overall ability and experience in overseeing and managing on-going projects, work efforts and supporting business users is critical.
- Must be comfortable working within a large matrixed organization with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently. This is an Individual contributor role
- Ability to work directly with end users and third-party vendors to resolve data and process issues
- Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be extremely detailed oriented
