Project Manager Job

A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER is needed for a contract position with Yoh's client located in Woburn, MA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Expertise in running medium to large scale Engineering projects

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage one or more high-level, complex technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
- Projects include: New Product Introductions and Tech Transfers, Large Capital Projects, Significant Process related improvements (ie, next generation product introductions) or - Operational Excellence initiatives (eg, Business process improvements, supplier relationship initiatives, etc.)
- Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (ie feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
- Regularly interacts with management.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
- May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
- May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Expertise in running medium to large scale projects.
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures.
- Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Business process development best practices, change management.
- Strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills.
- Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources;
- Executive stakeholder management experience.
- Expertise within biotech preferred, should have significant experience within Manufacturing, Process Development, or Quality in addition to formal project management experience.
- While the role is envisioned to support the Woburn site, the candidate needs to be able to travel to the Rhode Island site as there is the potential for projects and programs at both the Rhode Island and Woburn site.
