Project Manager IT Security Roadmap Initiatives (f/m) Financial area L

We are looking for one of our clients, an international finance institue for 1 external resource as stated here below:

PROJECT MANAGER IT SECURITY ROADMAP INITIATIVES (F/M)

Tasks/job description:

Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards and Regulations (Bafin, CSSF, etc.)

Plan, Design, and follow-up implementation of IT Security Roadmap initiatives in the areas of Intrusion Detection/prevention, Database

Activity Monitoring, Malware protection, Web Application Firewalls,

Vulnerability Management, Baseline Compliance Check

Document tracking process and produce indicators and project status reports for Executive Management.

Experience:

5-10 years experience in Operational IT security with implementation of several similar initiatives in the financial sector in Europe

Qualifications & mandatory skills:

Excellent knowledge of ISO27001, legal and regulatory requirements (especially in Germany and Luxembourg) and Project Management

Familiar with European and National Data Protection Regulations

Working Knowledge with several of the following technologies: NIPS, HIDS, Web Proxy, DAM, Vulnerability scanners, Baseline Compliance Checks, Network and systems (linux/windows) security tools

Additional skills:

English mandatory

French and German considered as an advantage

Essential inter-personal skills:

Ability to work with international teams

Excellent negotiation skills

Assignment Details:

Location: Luxembourg

Starting date: immediate

Basis: full-time

This position could involve occasional travel to Frankfurt.

Duration: the assignment is currently foreseen until 31/12/2014 (extension possible)
