12 MONTHS 
The project manager will cultivate team formation and development and provide ongoing leadership and support to the project team members throughout the project. The project manager will create work breakdown structures and schedules, track progress against plans, communicate status, manage the project budget, identify and manage risks and issues, communicate to sponsors and steering committee. Given the type of projects, we require the ability to create and manage an ongoing stakeholder assessment & engagement plan, metrics plan, communication plan, and organization change management plan. 
Experience: 
Direct experience managing organization change initiatives, process implementation or process change initiatives 
Working knowledge of the language and concepts related to process initiatives and organization change management 
Experienced with driving activities to produce current state, future state and gap analysis and then producing an implementation plan to achieve future state 
Experience carrying out thorough stakeholder analysis and building steps into the plan to engage and communicate appropriately 
Experience with successfully working through resistance to change 
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, at all levels, both internal and external to the organization 
Experience creating a comprehensive communication plan that incorporates organization change as well as project communications 
Infrastructure Services experience a plus 

MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
AT LEAST 5 YEARS AS A PROJECT MANAGER.

Strong leadership skills

Working knowledge of the language and concepts related to process engineering, process design and organization change management 
Expert at using MS Project 
Capable with Excel and PowerPoint 

Nice to have: 
ITIL foundations certification 
SharePoint site administration experience 
Technology infrastructure services experience a plus 
Health Information Technology knowledge a plus
