Clinical Project Manager for ISO 9001 certification

Scope of the project

Quality and Compliance
Develop and manage robust and predictable plans utilising project management best practice for GVCL transversal projects/initiatives.
The project manager will take over as onwards of the 2nd phase in the audit on the level of QA.
Deliverable : Obtain the certification.

Tasks

Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed and ensure tracking of deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
Lead project team meetings to provide status updates, identify & manage risks or issues.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Present reports defining project progress, risks, issues and solutions.
Compile and document project information for internal teams and senior leaders

Skills

Excellent project management Skills (5 - 8 years)
The project manager has a high level of communication skills
No pre-knowledge in QA, but needs to have the ability to understand and able to communicate with the QA teams internally
Excellent levels of spoken and written: French & English
Experience in Pharma
