In order to be successful, candidates should have the following skills/experience;
* Full life cycle Project Management skills & experience with Financial Services environments
* Strong experience around project management, scoping, delivery & governance
* Strong knowledge of business change and regulatory change projects
* A solid understanding of the Asset/Investment Management industry
* In-depth knowledge of OTC Derivatives
* Strong Stakeholder Management skills and strong communications/planning skills
In addition to the above, any formal Project Management certifications will be highly advantageous but are not essential.
