Description project
* Delivery of a new Life Insurance product "electronic Death Cover" on the online Bank channel
* Covers the E-E processes of a Life product:
* Simulation & sales
* After sales services (claims handling,)
* Impact Peripherics: DWH - Finance
* Project in start up phase, target delivery in Q2 2015 (TBC in PID).
Roles and Responsibilities
* E2E responsible for the project (support from a IT Project Leader for the IT aspects)
* Manage the project within scope, time and budget
* Coordination of the project resources
* Coordination between the different entities on the project: Bank for the front processes, Insurer for the Back Office processes.
* Weekly reporting to the Program Manager and monthly project Steering
* Manage risk & issues, and escalate to Program Manager
* Follow up on project dependencies
Capabilities:
* Knowledge:
* Has expert knowledge of project management (project governance & project team management, project planning): Prince 2 methodology.
* Experience in Process Redesign & IT Projects
* Experience in facilitating workshops/discussions
* Previous experience with (Life) Insurance business & on line sales
Behavioural skills:
* Autonomous and proactive
* Working in a challenging environment
* Problem solving - interpersonal relationship
* Stress resistant
* Flexible in work load
