Job Description
Client is seeking an exceptional project management professional who will lead medium to high complexity delivery projects for Client Identity preferably in large, multi-streamed, complex geographically disparate projects.
Proven skills/discipline in work planning, estimating, resource planning, risk assessment, scope and issue management with complex infrastructure projects.
Successful experience working in a matrixed team environment to deliver solutions without directly owning' all the staff or solution delivery functions
Expert level understanding and use of system development life cycle methdologies, such as Agile
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong collaboration, documentation and presentation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management and customer service skills.
Demonstrated customer focus, integrity and relationship building skills, consensus building skills, success in influencing
Demonstrated superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with all levels of staff and leadership
Skill in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Sharepoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Acquired and demonstrated knowledge of best practices and general solutions in Identity and Access Management including (not all required, just provided as examples) authentication, single sign on, strong authentication, authorization (including fine-grained' authorization), RBAC/ABAC, federation, access governance/review, access provisioning and deprovisioning, identity data management, elevated privilege management, and OS and network access control solutions.
