Project Manager III Job

PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SWIFTWATER, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- 3+ years of Project scheduling experience.
- B.S. degree in technical area.
- Strong MS Project and Office skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The primary role for the successful scheduler candidates will be to work with project master scheduler to extract detailed project schedules for departments in their span of responsibility to assure the effective and efficient use of available resources while ensuring projects maintain their critical path schedules.
- Extract appropriate data from the master MS Project schedule and develop for the assigned areas a weekly schedule to accomplish the required activities to maintain progress for all active projects.
- Update the schedules weekly to adapt to unplanned changes and maximize utilization of available resources.
- Maintain conformance to schedule metrics

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an effective scheduler in projects with medium to large complexity.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with experience utilizing all facets of Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with, communicate to and influence personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology GMP environments is desirable but not essential.
- B.S. Degree in Technical Discipline.
