Project and Programme Management skills and experience (ie familiarity with MSP concepts for programme; Agile/RUP/Scrum for development)

Business/Client management experience in a service or supplier context

Previous experience with SSO and Identity Management technologies (ideally)

Experience and familiarity with the challenges in delivering customer facing solutions and portals to end-users

Pan-European deployments of core IT systems that require local integration

Dealing with matrixed organisations and stakeholders:

Group/centrally driven vs. locally/regionally deployed

Managing multiple departments with different stakeholder and line management objectives

dealing with different agendas and priorities but facilitating appropriate outcomes
