Project Manager IC Development

Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for timing, quality, deliverables and budget. You will also manage multi-disciplinary team of 10 - 30 FTE, consisting of (IC) design, package development, test & product engineering, product marketing, architects and application engineers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be managing and communicating with stakeholders and internal partners (marketing, management, design houses, project members from other departments) is part of the responsibility.
You will report to the Program manager, part of a project office, strong link with R&D managers.
You will work in the R coaching skills required.
Skills in negotiations, influencing and dealing with conflicting interests.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with multi-disciplinary/multi-site preferred.
Three or more years of work experience as a Project Manager in large (>10 FTE) project life cycles from study to final delivery.
You have good communication skills and experience in presenting yourself and your (technical) work, both orally and in writing.
You have excellent command of the English language.
