MY DUTIES:

- Vendor management – provide a support during a full VM-cycle 
- Preparing changing POs and PRs: for increasing the amount and days on vendor POs
- Cost control and set up a management for accounting and controlling 
- Manage incoming request for opening / extending roles in WorkDay 

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Organisational and project management skills
- Profound expierience in business management and/or project controlling function
- Excel / Tableau advanced skills, understanding importance of flat files for a reporting 
- Design and execute fundamentals of mechanism and metric for vendor management and workforce effectiveness
- Stakeholdermanagement
- English fluent
