Project Manager - HR

Project Manager required by leader in Investment banking to support an HR programme which is currently in flight.

The programme will be replacing Legacy HR systems with a new product and will enable an agile and
efficient change to the IT landscape

Responsibilities for the role will be:

Supporting the Stream leads and Programme Manager with project planning, establishing and maintaining project governance and coordination amongst the project team
Capturing the project requirements from involved business areas
Developing detailed level project documents including, but not limited to project plans with deliverables and dependencies, project mandates, a communication plan and status reporting
Working across the Project Managers, assisting in developing consolidated project plans
Managing all aspects of project tracking and management including work completed, milestones achieved, work remaining and dependencies

Essentials for the role

Proven experience within HR IT projects
Investment Banking experience preferred
SaaS experience an advantage
Previous experience working with 3rd party suppliers
