PROJECT MANAGER - HQ REFURBISHMENT - GLOBAL ENERGY CO.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager - Smart Buildings' to join the Real Estate IT Programme and manage the Refurbishment of one of their buildings in The Hague.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- You will manage the modernisation & refurbishment of one of the HQ buildings into a Smart Building
- The role has IT components, so technical knowledge is preferred
- This position is based in The Hague

ABOUT YOU:

- c. 5 - 15 years experience as a Project Manager
- Previous experience within Oil & Gas or another large corporate organisation is preferred
- Ability to work effectively and manage key senior stakeholder relationships

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
