Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a German-speaking Senior Project Manager to join their banking client in Zurich, Switzerland. The aim of the project is to deliver a new HR platform by mid 2017. He/she will support the configuration and implementation of the new HR platform.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Help to define the future state design and processes for performance management, talent reviews, succession management and promotions practices, within the new IT environment
- Act as project management office and manage plans, deliverables and actions, organize and facilitate meetings, provide analysis and presentations
- Working jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- A couple of years of experience in either performance management, talent reviews, succession management or promotions within a large organization
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with HR transformations or HR systems implementations
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and quality
- Team player, able to work on own initiative
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset, mainly Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong English and German language proficiency
Duration: 1 year
Latest start: 1st of October 2015
This role may require some limited travelling
