Project Manager - French Speaking

One of our well established client is urgently in need of Project Manager.

Required Skills:

Bilingual - Equally fluent in both English and French
PMP Certified
Max. 15 years of total experience; of which most recent (min. 2 years) experience in a pure Project Manager role
Min. 2 years of experience in managing projects in IT software industry, either in product development or application development/maintenance services (Infrastructure, Network, Helpdesk Support areas will not be considered)
Experience in managing full SDLC projects (Waterfall model mandatory, Agile is a plus)
Min. 2 years of experience in using MS Project for schedule creation, task allocation and tracking
Excellent team management and stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with the team at the ground level as well as reporting the work to management (This role however will not have any direct reports; the PM and the rest of the team all report to the same IT Manager)

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Tracking project tasks, schedule, issues, risks and mitigation plans for a 10-15 member team consisting of developers, Sr. Business Analysts and Application Architects
Preparing and delivering presentations/reports to management on regular basis
Conducting daily/weekly stand-up meetings with team to review open tasks and communicate action items
Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions with necessary stakeholders
Working with the team to fine-tune effort estimates, planning, identifying issues, risks and dependencies
Managing multiple projects or work streams in parallel - if needed - with the same team
Experience of working in a multi-cultural, international team (Any work experience in US or with US companies is a plus)
Expected to be productive within a week or two (This role will not require deep knowledge of the application or business, hence minimal learning curve)
