Project Manager (French & Dutch Speaking)

PROJECT MANAGER
The Experienced Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of his/her projects, meaning timely delivery of results, within budget and adhering to customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the project, follow-up and adjust when actual status deviates from plan
- Develop a common vision with the customer
- Determine resource requirements and negotiate staffing (in collaboration with PMO)
- Report on status of project on Steering Committee
- Manage team members
MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in project management
- Smooth frequent interaction with Line Management and internal/external customers or suppliers
- Leadership in a context of a medium/large multifunctional team, with team members being mostly experts and/or professionals from different technical domains
- Capable of rapidly switching from a helicopter view to a detailed overview
NON TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Good written and spoken knowledge of French, Dutch and English
- Sense for initiative & solution oriented in a changing environment
- Be capable to be the driving force behind innovative projects on company level in a complex and multi disciplinary organization
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Experience in applications domain (Business Object/Oracle is a plus)
DURATION: 3 months with possible extension
LOCATION: Charleroi
LANGUAGE: French (Mother tongue) English & Dutch (Very Good)
