IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Management of all developmental activities in a cross functional approach to secure safety and quality of the developed pharmaceutical products
-Planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of the assigned project(s)/program(s) according to internal project management standards
-Adherence to and achievement of project/program goals (performance, timelines, budget).
-Ensure smooth project/program progress by acting as trouble-shooter, immediate escalation of issues/conflicts which cannot be solved by the team alone and submission of change requests to the project sponsor in case of deviations from project order/planning
-Clarification of the project order and set-up of an appropriate organisational structure for the assigned project(s)/program(s)
-Leadership of the project/program team(s). Acts as representative for the team(s), key contact person and interface to internal and external customers
-Documentation and reporting of the assigned project(s)/program

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Extensive knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical device product development
-Experience in CNS or not active medical device (risk class III) preferred
-Extensive project management expertise
-Very good cross functional experience in one or more areas of R&D: clinical research, global regulatory affairs and bench R&D
-Extensive expertise in team work and team leadership
-Extensive knowledge of project management tools
-Strong social, leadership and organisational skills
-Project Management Certification - IPMA/PMI preferred
-Fluent in English - French is a plus
