Project Manager for Chemical Operations

PROJECT MANAGER FOR CHEMICAL OPERATIONS

The candidate has to execute and manage several projects on various investment level. The projects are identified based on production issues or on the need of new equipment to be installed. The role is partially production support. The focus of the role is on project management and not subject matter expertise, however a sound understanding of the business and process is required.

ASSIGNMENT:

PROJECT EXECUTION:

- Equipment design together with suppliers and production
- Project management/project execution

QUALIFICATION:

- Procurement
- Cost control and time scheduling
- Start up
- Development of solutions for production

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

- Engineer BS or MS in process or chemical engineering

EXPERIENCE

- Experience in the pharmaceutical/chemical environment (cGMP) especially in process technology.
- Experience in Project management and Project execution

LANGUAGES:

- English: fluent (must)
- German fluent (must)

SITE: Schaffhausen, Switzerland

FTE: 100%

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 12 months with a possible 12 month extension
