I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager based in London for an initial 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be leading and developing a high profile estate renewal project managing the development procurement process including negotiating a scheme that delivers the resident and councils aspirations for new housing. Undertake consultation and engagement with tenants and leaseholders living on the estate, an understanding of project management and financial monitoring are essential.
