Project Manager Electronic Call Monitoring sought by our public sector client for an initial 3 month contract.

This post will have far-reaching impact for the council. It is a key project within Commissioning and will affect Adults, Children and Young People, ALD, MH and NHS services.

It will have a major impact on services.

As Project Manager Electronic Call Monitoring you will liaise with all stakeholders from clients to councillors.

You will be solely focused on the implementation of electronic call monitoring (ECM) with support provided by project managers supplied by the ECM contract holder.

As Project Manager Electronic Call Monitoring you will develop a change management strategy, including mapping and planning changes within the client, to ensure a smooth transition to ECM use and also with external stakeholders to ensure high adoption rates and utilisation of the new system.

To be successful you will need to be a project manager with extensive, proven, high level knowledge and experience of Electronic Call monitoring to allow you to 'hit the ground running' and successfully deliver within short timescales.

This is a high profile role where you will be the key link between the ECM provider and internal staff, delivering effective interpretation of technical information and design of work flow processes to enable the project team to make informed decisions.

A large element of the Project Manager Electronic Call Monitoring role is to ensure that the implementation delivers planned efficiency improvements and budget savings. You will manage the process of data cleansing, configuration and integration.

To be successful you must have High level, specialist knowledge of ECM systems and how to maximise their potential within a local public sector client in a community setting.

You will have the skills and specialist knowledge required to understand the benefits that key 'add on programmes and functionality brings.

You must also have experience of successfully managing the installation of ECM systems within local authorities from contract award to 'go live'. You will be a skilled communicator, an effective and inspirational project manager and have great problem solving skills and a customer focused approach.
